Still, although change is inevitable and necessary, it can be terrifying.
In this episode, I’m joined by Mar Soraparu, Co-founder and Chief Wellness Officer at BIÂN, a private wellness ecosystem that provides holistic health, vitality, and social well-being. In 2012, Mar’s passion for enriching the lives of those around her spoke louder, and she left her successful career as a finance professional. Her journey into holistic health, well-being, and self-discovery led to the creation in 2018 of BIÂN, described by Forbes as “the ultimate wellness destination,” which offers fitness classes, therapeutic spa services, nutrition consultants, medical concierge, and beauty and med-spa treatments.
